In this post I am going to be talking about a small puzzle game which you play on your smartphones or tablets, it’s called Unblock me. In Unblock me you have a square board, a red block and a bunch of brown blocks. The point of the game is to slide the brown blocks out of the way and create a path for the red block to slide off the board (that is to say off the screen). It sounds fairly simple and some of the levels are, but some of them are real head scratchers, the type that you can spend hours trying to solve, go to bed and get an epiphany on how to solve the puzzle, tell yourself you will do it in the morning, wake up and realise you forgot the solution.
I keep talking about distracting yourself and occupying your mind in many of my posts, and this game helps you do just that very easily.
According to the game’s description there are 14500 puzzles which means unless you are a super prodigy genius type person you are probably not going to be solving all the puzzles anytime soon, so you can count on this game being able to occupy you for a lot of your free time.
There two versions of the game, a free version and a paid version; I haven’t seen the paid version so I don’t know what the difference is but I am guessing the paid version comes ad free (maybe with some extra content, I don’t know). I’ll leave links to both versions below:
Free version Google play, Apps store
Paid version Google play, Apps store
There is even a free pc version of the game on the Microsoft storeif you want to try that out.
Well that’s it for this post. I hope you liked it and I hope you like unblock me, it’s a nice puzzle game which is worth trying out whether you are distracting yourself or just passing the time. Have a nice day and have fun with the game.
