Hatred. I just don’t get it.

So much hatred in this world

Stemming from an unknown source

Someone bumps into you

“I’m sorry”

“Its okay”

Another bumps into you

“I’m sorry”

“Are you blind you idiot?”

Why excuse the one and not the other?

I just don’t get it

Stemming from stupid sources

“I firmly believe this is right”

“Well I firmly believe this is right”

“Are you an idiot? How could you believe that?”

“How dare you question my opinion”

I just don’t get it

 

So much hatred in this world

Stemming from different sources

Betrayal, jealousy, opinions, habits,

Subconscious, bad vibes, bad feelings

I can see why it happens, but

At the same time I don’t know why it happens

Almost makes me wonder whether we’re just damned

What keeps me going? Just one thing

Despite all the hatred in the world, there’s still a whole lot of love
